Batina Aloisi is founder and managing director of Colorado Manufacturing Partners, where she has built a statewide network that connects manufacturers, service providers and innovators to strengthen Colorado’s manufacturing economy. Through strategic leadership and collaboration, she has created opportunities for businesses to expand partnerships, increase visibility and support long-term economic growth across the state.

Aloisi founded Colorado Manufacturing Partners to address gaps in industry collaboration and develop a platform that helps manufacturers and business leaders share resources, build relationships and create new opportunities. Her leadership has supported cross-sector partnerships while helping small and midsize companies strengthen their market presence and scale their operations.

In the past year, Aloisi led the launch of the inaugural COMP25 Expo, a statewide event designed to bring together manufacturers, entrepreneurs and business leaders to promote innovation, collaboration and business development. She guided every stage of the initiative, from concept and planning to stakeholder engagement and execution, creating a new forum for networking, education and industry growth. The event established a foundation for future collaboration and reinforced Colorado’s position as a center for advanced manufacturing.
