CommonSpirit opens community health grant applications

CENTENNIAL — CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region is accepting grant applications from that address health and social needs in Colorado, Kansas and Utah.

Applications for the Community Health Improvement Grants program are due Sept. 18. The grants will support services that address needs identified through conducted by CommonSpirit hospitals every three years.

Applications seeking more than $20,000 must include partner organizations that will help provide services. Partnerships are encouraged but not required for smaller grant requests.

“Our community partners are deeply rooted in the communities they serve and are often best positioned to develop solutions to local health challenges,” said Ashleigh Phillips, regional director of community health for CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region.

Recipients will be notified in January 2027. Funding will support projects operating from April 2027 through March 2028.
