Cushing Terrell has expanded its downtown Denver office to about 8,600 square feet as the firm adds services and staff to support projects across Colorado and the Front Range.
The office at 1700 Broadway has added in-house capabilities over the past two years, including structural engineering, refrigeration engineering and interior design, while also expanding its architecture, planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering practices.
The firm said it has also increased staffing in retail, civic, multifamily and affordable housing projects.
“This really comes down to what our clients need from us right now,” said Laura Dougherty, Denver studio director at Cushing Terrell. “Projects are more complex, timelines are tighter, and it’s more important than ever for teams to stay closely aligned.”
Cushing Terrell said the expanded office will allow the Denver team to handle larger and more multidisciplinary projects while connecting clients with the firm’s broader national network of services.
The firm has operated in Denver for more than 15 years and works with public and private sector clients across the Front Range.
