Denver’s Warehouse Anywhere expands with acquisition of XPS Solutions

DENVER — Denver-based Warehouse Anywhere has acquired Richardson, Texas-based XPS Solutions, expanding its storage technology platform and remote management services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

XPS Solutions will continue operating under its existing name as XPS Solutions, a Warehouse Anywhere Company.

The acquisition combines Warehouse Anywhere’s marketplace for businesses seeking storage with XPS Solutions’ contact center and remote management services for self-storage operators. The combined platform serves business customers through more than 17,000 storage locations nationwide.

Warehouse Anywhere, founded in Denver more than a decade ago, connects businesses with on-demand storage space across the United States. XPS Solutions, founded in 2000, provides live-agent services, remote management and tenant-support technology for self-storage operators.

According to the companies, the combined organization brings nearly 40 years of industry experience and data that will be used to expand technology and AI-enabled services for storage operators and business customers.

The combined company said its data includes information on business storage demand, customer placement, tenant interactions and facility operations. It plans to use that information to enhance AI-enabled services, including technology that assists customers with payments, account questions, facility information and tenant support.

The acquisition expands Warehouse Anywhere’s national footprint while adding XPS Solutions’ integrations with more than 10 facility management software platforms and its remote management capabilities.
