Elycia Cook is President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Colorado, where she has built a high-performing executive team with multiple leaders advancing to CEO roles across the sector. She received the National Lifetime Achievement Award in Mentoring in 2020 and founded Black Girl Magic CEOs within the national BBBS network. Cook serves as a Governor-appointed member of the Colorado Juvenile Justice Council and is also a Big Sister with the organization she leads. Her leadership philosophy is anchored in service: “Lift as We Climb. Leadership is about building systems and developing leaders who create lasting impact.”
