EverDriven expands leadership to grow student transportation

DENVER — EverDriven, a national provider of alternative student transportation, has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointments of Megan Von Wald as chief operations officer and Phil Graves as chief financial officer.

Von Wald will oversee nationwide operations, focusing on service delivery and support for drivers and local teams. Graves will lead financial strategy and growth planning as the company broadens its footprint.

The company also named Alan Fliegelman vice president of product and Jenn Cotter vice president of revenue operations, further strengthening its leadership ranks as it seeks to modernize student transportation.

According to EverDriven’s recent Future of Modern Student Transportation and Safety Report, 98% of school districts are actively working to modernize transportation systems. The company’s new hires in operations and finance follow earlier appointments this year of Chief Product and Technology Officer Mon-Chaio Lo and Chief Marketing Officer Courtney Pallotta.

Von Wald brings more than a decade of experience leading operations in hospitality, financial services and technology. She previously held leadership roles at Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy and Galvanize Inc., where she developed global service strategies and implemented multi-site, technology-enabled operations.

Graves, a CPA and CFA, has a background in finance, strategy and mission-driven organizations. He has provided financial advisory services to large and mid-sized businesses and previously served in leadership roles at companies including Patagonia.

Fliegelman adds expertise in product strategy from high-growth technology environments, while Cotter brings experience in aligning revenue operations to improve performance and efficiency.
