Forum names Jill O’Connell chief human resources officer

Forum Investment Group has named Jill O’Connell as chief human resources officer, the firm announced.

O’Connell brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, talent strategy and organizational development across financial services and professional services organizations.
As chief human resources officer, she will oversee Forum’s human capital strategy, including organizational design, talent management, leadership development and culture-related initiatives.
Before joining Forum, O’Connell served as interim head of people at Partners Capital Investment Group, where she led North American people operations. She previously held senior human resources leadership roles at Title Resources Group, RWA Wealth Partners, EF Hutton, Edelman Financial Engines, Cengage and Fidelity Investments.
Lee Beck, president of Forum, said O’Connell’s experience will support the firm’s growth and workforce development.
Darren Fisk, founder and chief executive officer, said her appointment supports the firm’s long-term organizational goals.
