Denver-based CODA Construction Group is expanding its health care construction business as the company marks 18 years in operation.
Founded in 2008 with three employees, CODA has grown to nearly 30 workers. Its annual project count has increased from about 50 to an average of 275. The company has completed more than 2,800 commercial construction projects since its founding.
CODA initially served the Denver metro area but now works along the Interstate 25 corridor from Longmont to Colorado Springs. The general contractor specializes in tenant improvements, commercial interiors and health care facilities, including medical offices, surgery centers, dental practices and vision clinics.
“Our purpose has always been to work alongside our clients to make their vision a reality,” co-founder and President Jennifer Byrden said. “As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue building on that foundation.”
The company plans to expand its work in the health care and commercial office renovation markets while investing in its project delivery operations.
