JD Coslett is Chief Strategy Officer at Ward Electric Company Inc., a Colorado-based family-owned electrical contractor specializing in high-voltage, renewable energy, and commercial projects. Since rejoining Ward Electric in 2019, he has helped lead the company through a 51% increase in revenue and more than 6,900% growth in net income from 2023 to 2024. He previously held roles as vice president of estimating and project management and director of corporate development before being named chief strategy officer in 2025.
