Westerra Credit Union tops customer satisfaction for mortgage lending in Denver

DENVER — Westerra Credit Union has been named one of the Top 10 Mortgage Companies in the Small Division in Experience.com‘s 2025 Top Performers in Customer Satisfaction awards.
The credit union reported a 4.96 out of 5-star mortgage customer satisfaction rating and a 96.6% Net Promoter Score during the past year.
Experience.com, a customer experience and reputation management platform, has recognized top-performing mortgage companies since 2015. The rankings are based on mortgage reviews, survey completion rates and star ratings rather than loan volume or dollar value.
