Morgan Stanley forms all-women wealth team in Denver

DENVER (Sept. 2025) — Morgan Stanley announced that four private wealth advisors have formed a new team in Denver focused on serving ultra-high-net-worth clients.

The group, called The 2100 Group, is made up of advisors Margaret Boyle, Lola Santos, Kate Palmer and Ali Carlino. The team is based at 1550 Market St. in downtown Denver.
The 2100 Group works with entrepreneurs, family offices, principal investors, athletes, entertainers and endowments. Clients often manage generational wealth, oversee venture capital funds or operate major businesses.
Morgan Stanley said the team combines institutional-level expertise with a highly personalized approach designed to simplify clients’ financial lives. Services include investment strategy, multigenerational wealth planning, liquidity event guidance and legacy planning.
“All four advisors bring deep expertise in their respective fields, and together they operate as a tightly integrated unit for clients facing complex financial decisions,” the firm said in a statement.
The 2100 Group describes its work as functioning like an outsourced family office, providing comprehensive financial guidance, operational service and long-term planning. The team said its structure allows for proactive management, anticipating client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
The all-women makeup of the team is uncommon in the ultra-high-net-worth advisory space, according to Morgan Stanley.
