Naomi Amaha serves as Director of Policy and Government Affairs at The Denver Foundation, where she built the organization’s first-ever policy and government affairs function from the ground up. With more than a decade of experience in advocacy and civic engagement, she works to position philanthropy as a partner in systems change by bringing community voices to decision-making tables. She currently serves as a Strategic Advisor for Denver’s Office of Housing Stability and co-chairs Philanthropy Colorado’s Policy Funders Network. Her leadership is grounded in authenticity: “There is always light. If only we’re brave enough to see it. If only we’re brave enough to be it.”
