Nicole is president and CEO of Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC), where she has spent more than a decade expanding the organization’s membership, revenue and consulting services tenfold since 2019. Under her leadership, EPIC has guided more than 40 employers in providing child care benefits, affecting nearly 100,000 employees. She was instrumental in passing Colorado’s Child Care Contribution Tax Credit, which has generated over $60 million for child care programs, and helped advance Universal Preschool and Proposition II. Nicole also spearheaded the Colorado Business Reads book drive, delivering over 600,000 books to children. She serves on the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Commission on the American Workforce and on the boards of Book Trust and the YMCA of Metro Denver.
