Peter Kirsch is a founding partner at Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell, a law firm where he has practiced environmental and land use law for nearly 40 years, representing local governments and public interest groups in negotiations and litigation over infrastructure projects, land use entitlements, and federal transportation law. He has litigated cases before numerous state and federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. Kirsch serves as board chair of The Denver Foundation, where he also chairs the policy committee and has been a member of the Environmental Affinity Group. “In the past three years, we have established ourselves as a credible, honest, factually accurate participant in the policy debate, and very few organizations can do that,” he said. He has lived in Denver since 1997.
