Rob Smith is the chief executive officer and president of Stonebridge Companies, a Denver-based hotel management firm, bringing nearly 30 years of hospitality industry experience to the role. Prior to joining Stonebridge, he served as president of Aimbridge Hospitality’s Full Service, Luxury, and Resort Division for 12 years. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades in the Caribbean managing large resorts, spas, and casinos. Smith also served as president of the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association and the Aruba Convention Bureau, where his leadership contributed to the island’s growth as a travel destination. He currently holds board positions with the American Hotel and Lodging Association, the Marriott Rooms Advisory Board, and the Westin Brand Advisory Board.
