In Brief:

DENVER — OGO Kitchen has opened inside Denver Union Station, offering and sushi for commuters, office workers and downtown residents.

The concept was created by Jackie Cho, a Korean American chef with more than 20 years of experience. The menu includes Korean barbecue bowls and bento boxes with bulgogi, spicy pork and plant-based options, along with sushi, nigiri, inari and kimbap.

“I wanted to create a place where you can enjoy the Korean BBQ I learned from my mom and the sushi I’ve perfected over the years,” Cho said. “We’re here for the people who move fast but still crave real food.”

The restaurant offers preorders and online reservations for limited sushi items, as well as catering for corporate and group events. OGO Kitchen is open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 1701 Wynkoop St.
