Cushman & Wakefield expands retail brokerage team in Denver

DENVER — Cushman & Wakefield has added three brokers to its Denver office to expand its retail services business in Colorado.

Patrick McGlinchey, Justin Gregory and Jack Lazzeri joined the firm as part of the Colorado Retail Services team. The group focuses on retail leasing, commercial land transactions and retail investment sales.
McGlinchey and Gregory previously worked at SRS Real Estate Partners, where they led a brokerage team and worked with national retail brands including 7Brew Coffee, Take 5 Oil Change and Super Star Car Wash. Lazzeri, who also worked at SRS, joins as a senior associate with experience in retail leasing and land sales.
“We’re excited to join Cushman & Wakefield and contribute to the continued expansion of the firm’s retail platform in Denver,” McGlinchey said.
The hires are part of the firm’s effort to expand retail brokerage services in the Denver market, including support for tenants, landlords and landowners.
