Visual Comfort opens new lighting showroom in Boulder

BOULDER, Colo. — Visual Comfort & Co. has opened a new showroom in Boulder, expanding its footprint in Colorado with a space designed to showcase decorative and architectural lighting in a residential setting.

The 4,300-square-foot showroom features the company’s portfolio of designer lighting partnerships, including collections by Amber Lewis, Anne-Marie Barton and Ralph Lauren. The space is intended to give designers and homeowners a hands-on look at how lighting and shading function together in everyday environments.
An immersive demonstration area allows visitors to experience decorative lighting, architectural lighting, lighting controls and shading in a home-style layout. Motorized shades, including the company’s custom Roman Shade program, are integrated throughout the showroom to demonstrate how natural daylight and interior illumination can be balanced.
Company officials said the showroom is designed to highlight how lighting influences not only the appearance of fabrics, finishes and artwork but also mood and overall comfort.
“Few places blur indoors and out like Boulder,” said Gale Singer, founder of the company’s direct division. “It’s a community that values quality and authentic materials, which aligns with our design ethos. This showroom offers more than a display. It’s an opportunity to experience how our lighting and natural materials perform together in real environments.”
The Boulder location is open to walk-in visitors and appointments. In-person and virtual consultations are available through the company’s website or by phone.
