WESTMINSTER, Colo. — The Orchard Town Center has added four new tenants and plans to welcome three additional businesses later this year as the shopping center continues to expand its retail, dining and wellness offerings.
The center recently opened goGLOW, Facial Aesthetics, Macy’s Backstage and Perspire Sauna Studio. Additional tenants scheduled to open in 2026 include CHICHA San Chen, MilkShake Factory and Texas de Brazil.
The Orchard Town Center is co-owned by TriGate Capital and Vestar, with Vestar managing and leasing the property.
“The Orchard is designed to be a place where visitors can shop, relax and discover something new each time they come,” said Taylor Alvey, vice president of leasing at Vestar. “Every new addition helps create an environment that blends retail, wellness and lifestyle experiences for the community.”
GoGLOW opened in February and offers sunless tanning and skincare services. Colorado-based Facial Aesthetics opened in March, providing services including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments and facials.
Macy’s Backstage, an off-price retail concept located within Macy’s, also opened in March and offers discounted apparel, home goods, beauty products and accessories.
Perspire Sauna Studio opened in April and specializes in private infrared sauna sessions.
The center is expected to add CHICHA San Chen, a Taiwanese tea shop, and MilkShake Factory, a dessert retailer, during the second quarter of 2026. Texas de Brazil, a Brazilian-style steakhouse, is scheduled to open in the third quarter.
The new additions follow several openings at the center in 2025, including Postino WineCafe, Swing 365 Golf, Rack Room Shoes, P.F. Chang’s, Men’s Wearhouse and MINISO.
