Aimee Pourciau leads YPTC’s growth in Colorado

Aimee Pourciau is director of Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC), a national accounting firm specializing in financial management for nonprofit organizations. Based in Denver, she leads the firm’s Colorado office, overseeing a team of 22 professionals and driving growth, innovation and client impact across the region.

A Louisiana State University graduate with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, Pourciau began her career as a staff accountant at Postlethwaite & Netterville in 2004. She advanced to audit manager at Hannis T. Bourgeois, where she spent nearly a decade, before serving as controller at SRI Telecom and internal auditor for the State of Louisiana’s Office of Financial Institutions. Her leadership experience broadened through audit management roles at Briggs & Veselka and Abercrombie & Associates in Houston before joining YPTC in 2018.

Since launching YPTC’s Denver office in 2024, Pourciau has led with a focus on empathy, accountability and empowerment. Under her leadership, the Colorado team achieved a 145% increase in clients and a 214% increase in staff within the first year. She also serves as vertical leader for animal welfare and a member of YPTC’s Standards Task Force, advancing service standards and sector innovation nationwide.

Active in professional and civic circles, Pourciau serves on the advisory board for the University of Colorado’s Colorado Springs Women’s Leadership Program and participates in the Colorado Society of CPAs, Colorado Nonprofit Association and Colorado Business Committee for the Arts. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to strengthening communities through financial stewardship and collaboration.
