Kerry Siggins is chief executive officer of StoneAge Holdings, a Durango-based global manufacturer of high-tech industrial cleaning equipment. Under her leadership, the company has grown into one of the world’s most innovative and respected names in waterblast technology, serving clients in more than 45 countries.

A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in business economics and general engineering, Siggins joined StoneAge in 2007 as director of operations and advanced to general manager before becoming CEO in 2009. Over the past decade, she has guided the company through major transformations, including its conversion to 100% employee ownership. This shift solidified StoneAge’s “Ownership Mindset,” fostering a culture of accountability, transparency and shared success.

Siggins’ leadership is characterized by authenticity, communication and purpose. During the company’s 2020 ransomware crisis, she led with transparency, rallying the organization around shared goals and trust; an approach that resulted in StoneAge’s busiest shipping week on record. Her focus on people and culture has driven high employee engagement, retention and innovation.

Under her direction, StoneAge expanded into industrial automation through acquisitions of Breadware and Medium One, developing the Sentinel line of smart, connected cleaning systems. These advancements enhanced safety, reduced environmental impact and positioned the company as a global technology leader in industrial cleaning automation.

In addition to her executive role, Siggins serves as chair of the Colorado Commission for Employee Ownership and as a member of the boards of ModStreet and Tech9. She is also a keynote speaker and member of YPO and the Forbes Business Council.
