Jessica Shepherd

Jessica Shepherd is chief operations officer of Revel Interactive, a Boulder-based digital marketing agency recognized nationally for its culture of excellence and innovation. With more than 15 years of experience in digital strategy, operations and leadership, she has played a pivotal role in transforming Revel into a high-performing, values-driven organization known for both client success and employee engagement.
A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Shepherd began her career at 90octane, where she advanced from marketing coordinator to project manager. She later joined Blue Moon Digital, rising through several leadership positions, from SEM account analyst to director of paid media and director of marketing, where she led cross-channel digital campaigns for national brands. Shepherd joined Revel Interactive in 2018 as senior account director and was quickly promoted to head of operations in 2020, before being named COO in 2021.
At Revel, Shepherd oversees company operations, strategic client management and team development. She has implemented streamlined project management systems, integrated data-driven performance tracking and fostered a culture of accountability and innovation. Her leadership has helped Revel achieve national recognition on the Inc. 5000, Inc. Best Workplaces and Denver Business Journal Fast 50 lists in consecutive years.
Shepherd’s leadership philosophy emphasizes empathy, transparency and empowerment. She is a member of Chief, a national network supporting senior women executives, and continues to champion an inclusive, high-performing workplace that balances creativity with measurable impact.
