DENVER — Balfour Riverfront Park will host Music in Motion, an interactive music and movement workshop for older adults, on Monday, July 13, from 2 to 3 p.m.
The program will feature a teaching artist from the Colorado Ballet and a musician from the Colorado Symphony. It is designed for older adults, including those living with memory loss, and includes live music and guided movement activities that can be completed either seated or standing.
Participants will take part in movement exercises, creative activities and music intended to encourage social connection and engagement. The workshop is designed to accommodate all mobility levels.
The event will be held at Balfour Riverfront Park, 1500 Little Raven St. in Denver.
