Becca Bracy is chief people officer at Clayton Early Learning, where she leads organizational strategy and talent development for the Denver-based early childhood education nonprofit. Since joining the organization in 2022, she has played a key role in cultivating a high-performing, mission-driven culture that supports 160 employees and advances equitable outcomes for Colorado families.

Before assuming her current position, Bracy served as interim CEO at Clayton Early Learning, guiding the organization through a period of transition and growth. She previously spent two decades at the Broad Center and the Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation, advancing from associate director to executive director and leading programs that strengthened leadership in public education nationwide. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with Kaplan Learning Services, Partners in School Innovation and Rosa Parks Elementary School, focusing on educational partnerships and community-based programs.

A graduate of Stanford University with a bachelor’s degree in science, technology and society, Bracy has built her career on the belief that people are the key drivers of innovation and organizational excellence. At Clayton, she has implemented performance incentives for educators, redesigned human resources systems, and initiated research on how artificial intelligence can enhance early childhood education.

President and CEO William Browning said Bracy “was instrumental in helping Clayton realize a high-performing organizational culture” and praised her “exceptional ability to deliver high-quality work on behalf of families.”

Bracy also serves on the boards of EdFuel and the Boulder Housing Partners Foundation and is a fellow of the Aspen Institute.
