GOLDEN, Colo. — Cyberhawk, a global company specializing in drone-based asset inspection and aerial data management, has relocated its North American headquarters from Littleton to a larger office in Golden.
The new 6,050 square foot space at 1111 Washington Avenue provides room for the company’s growing workforce and better access to open airspace for pilot training, flight testing and field operations. Company officials said the previous urban location limited opportunities for drone activity.
Cyberhawk employs 125 people in field and headquarters roles and expects its North American workforce to grow by about 25 percent over the next 3 years. Growth is planned in field operations, project management, customer success and sales and marketing. The new headquarters is located near the Colorado School of Mines, giving the company access to a pipeline of engineering talent.
“Moving our North American headquarters to Golden is an important milestone for Cyberhawk,” CEO Chris Fleming said. He said the new space will support collaboration and help the company deliver drone inspection, survey and aerial data management services.
Cyberhawk’s operations include iHawk, its aerial data management platform used for inspections, emissions monitoring and geospatial surveys across the utilities, oil and gas, renewable energy and construction sectors.
Chief Commercial Officer Matt Zafuto said the move positions the company to strengthen its North American presence, expand commercial operations and better serve customers as demand for drone-based inspections continues to grow.
