Mister Oso, Bar Dough and Aviano Coffee became the first restaurants to open at Denver International Airport’s new Concourse C-East Expansion area, the airport announced Friday. All three establishments are based in Denver.
“As (DIA) works to accommodate and prepare for 100 million annual passengers within the next several years, we must also be continually planning for the expansion of our dine-shop-retail options,” airport CEO Phil Washington said. “As the third busiest airport in the U.S. with 215 nonstop destinations, we are committed to providing diverse and high-quality dining options that reflect the vibrant culture of Denver.”
Mister Oso has served Latin-inspired cuisine along the Front Range since 2019; Bar Dough has been an Italian favorite in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood since 2017; this is Aviano Coffee’s fourth location in the Denver area and second at DIA.
All three concepts are operated by Paradies Lagardère, an airport concessionaire that acquired airport restaurateur Taste on the Fly last year.
