Shea Homes plans to open sales in late 2026 for Trilogy Centerra, its first 55-plus community in Colorado.
The Loveland development is expected to include about 543 homes ranging from approximately 1,430 to 3,090 square feet. Prices will start in the low $500,000s.
Trilogy Centerra will be located in the Kinston neighborhood of the Centerra master-planned community. Shea Homes has operated in Colorado for four decades and has developed several communities in the Denver area.
“Centerra is the perfect place for our first Trilogy community in Colorado,” said Jeff McQueen, president of Shea Homes Active Lifestyle Communities.
Plans include a private 6,500-square-foot wellness and social club with dining, a bar, fitness equipment, a movement studio and space for wellness and recovery. Outdoor amenities are expected to include patios, an event lawn, a pool with lap lanes and pickleball courts.
Centerra, established in 2001, includes housing, parks, trails, retail and commercial space, health care facilities and wildlife areas. Kinston residents also have access to The Hub, a cafe and community gathering space.
