Elevations Credit Union has appointed Deron Streitenberger as chief information officer.
Streitenberger will oversee the Boulder-based credit union’s information technology, cybersecurity, data and digital infrastructure.
He previously worked for more than a decade at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, where he served as chief information officer and later as chief business operations officer. He also held technology and operations leadership positions at Republic Mortgage Insurance Co., Chase and the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland.
“Technology plays an increasingly important role in helping financial institutions deliver value, strengthen security and create meaningful experiences,” Streitenberger said.
Streitenberger holds an MBA from Saint Leo University and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of South Florida. He previously taught information systems and digital transformation as an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University.
