Anne Gillaspie is the CEO and founder of Fix & Form, a Colorado-based strategic branding agency known for its human-centered approach to building purposeful, high-performing brands. Since founding the firm in 2014 (originally AG Brand + Marketing) and rebranding it as Fix & Form in 2021, Gillaspie has helped hundreds of organizations “fix what’s holding them back and form what’s next.” Her work focuses on connecting strategy to execution, enabling teams to align brand, marketing and customer experience for measurable growth.

Under Gillaspie’s leadership, Fix & Form has grown steadily, posting a 40% revenue increase in the past year and expanding its reach through partnerships with both private-sector clients and civic organizations. She recently co-founded 10toLaunch, a productized service that builds complete, market-ready brands in just 10 days for $10,000; an innovative model that combines artificial intelligence with creative expertise to help small businesses launch faster and smarter.

Beyond her agency work, Gillaspie is leading the branding strategy for the City of Englewood’s South Broadway Revitalization initiative, developing the story and identity for one of the city’s most historic corridors. She also co-hosts OnlyFounders, a podcast that explores the realities of entrepreneurship, team design and brand-market fit, while contributing thought leadership pieces to outlets such as BrandAwareness.io, VoyageDenver and CanvasRebel.
