BROOMFIELD, Colo. — FlatIron Crossing will add several new retailers as part of an ongoing redevelopment effort, including a DICK’S House of Sport location scheduled to open in early 2027 in the former Nordstrom space.
The approximately 130,000-square-foot store will be one of the largest DICK’S House of Sport locations in Colorado. Planned features include a climbing wall, golf bays with TrackMan simulators, HitTrax multi-sport cages for baseball, softball and soccer, and an adjacent 18,000-square-foot field that will convert to an ice-skating rink during colder months.
Broomfield Mayor Guyleen Castriotta said the project will create a space for residents to participate in recreational activities while supporting continued investment in the city.
“This will be more than a retail space. It will be a place for people of all ages and abilities to engage, try new activities and be part of an active community,” Castriotta said.
Additional retailers announced for the center include:
“We are incredibly proud to welcome one of Colorado’s largest DICK’S House of Sport locations alongside brands including Vuori, Warby Parker, 7th Avenue and Rowan,” said Kate Taggart, general manager of FlatIron Crossing.
The latest additions follow previously announced tenants, including Abercrombie & Fitch, Earthbound Trading Company, Garage, gorjana, Levi’s and a kiosk-style Starbucks.
FlatIron Crossing said the new retailers are part of a broader transformation of the shopping center, which serves the north metro Denver area.
