As the creator of the patented , Georgia Grace made it possible for women to “go on the go” with a discreet second zipper that adds freedom and convenience to pants, overalls, ski bibs and leggings. Her company has become a symbol of innovation and empowerment, worn by adventurers like the first American woman to sail solo around the world nonstop in Gnara pants.

This past year, Georgia Grace secured a groundbreaking partnership with Burton, bringing GoFly technology to one of the biggest names in snow sports. She made this deal happen during a time of immense personal challenge, navigating tariffs, political uncertainty and the devastating loss of a teammate and friend. Despite grief and setbacks, she led her company through a new launch strategy with determination and grit.

Beyond her business success, Georgia Grace is deeply committed to her community. She has raised over $10,000 as a team organizer for the Walk to Defeat and regularly guest lectures at her alma mater and Western Colorado University to mentor young innovators. She offers internships that open doors for students to learn firsthand about startups and donates her time as a keynote speaker at events like The Power of Women’s Entrepreneurship.
