Tania Sossi is a transformative force in Colorado’s mental health and community support landscape. As CEO of Griffith Centers Inc., Tania has demonstrated unwavering commitment to revitalizing and expanding services for vulnerable populations. Starting her journey with Griffith Centers as a contractor, she rose through the ranks, serving in roles from therapist to COO before becoming CEO. Her deep knowledge of every facet of the organization has fueled her vision to restructure and grow critical programs in foster care, residential treatment, education and outpatient services.
Tania implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System across Griffith Centers, ensuring accountability and alignment at every level of the organization. Her strategic leadership has turned underperforming programs into thriving lifelines for underserved communities. She secured grants that funded vital projects including new vehicles, a large campus construction project and the expansion of PASA services for the IDD population.
In the past year, Tania authored a pioneering manual on the relinquishment model for foster youth and presented it statewide, making Griffith Centers the first agency in Colorado to provide this essential training. She spearheaded the launch of new residential homes, educational enhancements and expanded outpatient services.
Beyond operations, Tania embodies community leadership through volunteerism and mentorship. She mentors contractors, interns and staff, provides targeted training and models compassionate leadership daily. Her dedication to building community health resources extends to serving on advisory boards and securing new partnerships and donors.
With vision, resilience and a people-first mindset, Tania Sossi continues to shape Griffith Centers into a pillar of hope and opportunity across Colorado.
