Jamie Winkler

Jamie is a standout leader at lnBank whose dedication, vision and community spirit have made a lasting impact on her organization and the people around her. As Vice President of Treasury Management, Jamie sets high standards for her team and the bank as a whole, combining strategic insight with a collaborative, supportive leadership style that empowers her colleagues to thrive.
In the past year, Jamie launched lnBank’s Women in Business program, an initiative she created and championed from the ground up. This program supports female business owners both inside and outside the bank and now includes two Women in Business Advisory Boards. She hosted lnBank’s first Galentines event and is expanding the advisory program to eight more markets. Through this work, Jamie helps foster mentorship, sponsorship and growth opportunities for women across the bank’s footprint.
Her leadership extends well beyond her professional role. Jamie serves on the board and volunteers as a coach for Girls on the Run, where she mentors young girls to build confidence and healthy habits. She volunteers her time with Hope House Young Professionals, Colorado Employer and Military Outreach and Kenzie’s Causes. A dedicated advocate for women in business and community leadership, she is active in professional organizations and networks that help lift other women toward success.
Jamie’s colleagues describe her as an inspiration whose commitment to service, mentoring and community advancement sets her apart. She balances her leadership role with her responsibilities as a mother and military spouse, proving that with passion and purpose, anything is possible.
