Kathleen Quinn Votaw

Kathleen Quinn Votaw is founder and CEO of TalenTrust, a strategic recruiting and human capital consulting firm that has helped organizations nationwide attract and retain top talent since 2003. A recognized expert in workplace culture, leadership and employee engagement, Votaw has challenged traditional management models by helping companies build people-centered workplaces grounded in empathy, trust and inclusion.
Under her leadership, TalenTrust exceeded growth goals during the Great Recession and became one of the less than 2% of women-owned businesses to surpass $1 million in revenue. She is the author of “Dare to Care in the Workplace” and “Solve the People Puzzle” and is a frequent speaker and contributor on talent strategy, retention and organizational growth.
Votaw’s recent accomplishments include launching The Employee Experience Masterclass, which generated more than $14,000 in committed revenue within its first 60 days, and delivering 65 speaking engagements to more than 1,200 attendees. She has been recognized as Vistage Speaker of the Year, named to the Colorado Titan 100 Hall of Fame and honored by organizations including the Colorado Women’s Chamber, ColoradoBiz Magazine and the Denver Business Journal.
Beyond her business leadership, Votaw has contributed to the Colorado business community through roles with ACG Denver, where she helped grow membership, expand programs and strengthen partnerships. She has served with organizations including Susan G. Komen Colorado, Colorado Companies to Watch, Women’s Vision Foundation and the University of Denver Women’s College.
