OriginPoint has hired Michelle Oddo as a producing branch manager serving borrowers and referral partners across Colorado.
Oddo has more than 23 years of mortgage lending and underwriting experience. She produces about $77 million in loans annually, according to the company.
At OriginPoint, Oddo will work with conventional, Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Affairs, jumbo, first-time homebuyer, investment property and nonqualified mortgage loans.
“What drew me to OriginPoint is its focus on using technology to make the mortgage process easier without losing the personal touch,” Oddo said.
Oddo has been recognized by the Scotsman Guide as a Top Originator and Top Women Originator. She has also received Five Star Professional recognition and been named among the top 1% of mortgage originators.
