Natalya Itu is the chief executive officer of Colorado Business CPA, LLC, an Englewood-based tax and business advisory firm serving small business owners across the state. With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial strategy, Itu has built a reputation for combining technical expertise with a deep commitment to helping entrepreneurs grow and thrive.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in science from Gulf Coast University in 2004, Itu began her professional career at Clear Path Accountants, where she became a partner in 2010. In 2013, she founded Colorado Business CPA with the goal of creating a firm that delivered more than compliance; it would serve as a trusted partner for business owners navigating complex tax and financial decisions.
Under Itu’s leadership, the company has grown revenue by more than 2,500% and net income by 1,000% since its founding. She has built a team-oriented culture that prioritizes innovation, continuous learning and exceptional client service. “When passion and purpose align, the result is more than just a successful firm; it’s a positive force for business owners and the community,” Itu said.
Her firm provides proactive tax planning, strategic business guidance and long-term financial planning designed to help clients build sustainable wealth. Itu’s vision is for every client to achieve at least $10 million in net worth within a decade, a testament to her belief in small businesses as powerful drivers of community prosperity.
Beyond her professional work, Itu volunteers with Sochi Dogs, a nonprofit animal rescue organization.
