Nicki Rahn

Nicki Rahn serves as chief of staff at Merritt Companies, a Colorado-based family enterprise that operates two leading manufacturing businesses and manages shared services across human resources, information technology, and corporate strategy. In her role, she partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership to drive organizational alignment, strategic execution and sustainable growth across the enterprise.
Rahn joined Merritt Companies in 2019, bringing more than a decade of experience in operations, strategy and organizational leadership. Earlier in her career, she held operations management roles with Spruance & Associates and Bloomfield Hills Financial, where she oversaw business systems and process optimization. A graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, she also holds a certificate in real estate investing and finance from Cornell University.
At Merritt, Rahn leads the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, including strategic planning and leadership development, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She plays a key role in screening and integrating new business opportunities, ensuring readiness and alignment post-acquisition. As the internal facilitator of the company’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), she manages performance accountability and strategic goal tracking across both manufacturing divisions.
Beyond operations, Rahn brings creativity to her leadership through her background as a professional artist, a perspective that informs her approach to communication and design. She is active in the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) and serves on the board of Helping Paws, a nonprofit providing emergency veterinary support. Known for her clarity, composure and strategic insight, Rahn exemplifies leadership grounded in trust, alignment and execution.
