Nicole has dedicated more than a decade to championing early child care and education, transforming Executives Partnering to Invest in Children into a nationally recognized leader in . As President and CEO, Nicole has amplified ‘s impact by expanding its membership, revenue and consulting services tenfold since 2019.

Under her leadership, EPIC has guided more than 40 employers in providing child care benefits, positively affecting nearly 100,000 employees. Nicole has helped shape significant legislation such as Colorado’s Child Care Contribution Tax Credit, which has generated over $60 million for child care programs, and she was instrumental in passing and Proposition ii to expand preschool access for thousands of children.

Nicole spearheaded innovative initiatives like the book drive, delivering over 600,000 books to children without home libraries. She also launched EPIC’s Building Up initiative and Employer-based Child Care Design Lab, creating partnerships that have resulted in more than 1,000 new child care slots.

Nicole’s vision and expertise have positioned her as a national thought leader. She was invited to speak at the National Child Care Innovation Summit in Washington, D.C., and serves on the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Commission on the American Workforce. Her leadership secured transformational funding from Pivotal, enabling EPIC to expand into new states.

Beyond EPIC, Nicole volunteers locally and nationally, serving as Vice Chair of and a board member for the YMCA of Metro Denver. Her dedication and advocacy continue to build stronger families, communities and economies across the nation.
