Oakwood Homes to add more than 75 homes in Aurora’s Sky Ranch community

AURORA — Oakwood Homes is adding more than 75 homes in the Sky Ranch community east of Aurora with two new housing collections priced from the high $300,000s.
The homebuilder is launching the Brio Collection, with prices starting in the high $400,000s, and the Arrival Collection, starting in the high $300,000s, in the Arapahoe County development near Watkins.
Oakwood Homes plans to host a grand opening event May 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. near the future model homes at 486 N. Bently St. in Watkins.
“Sky Ranch is exactly the kind of community where Oakwood Homes thrives,” said Ryan Delp. “With the Brio and Arrival Collections, we’re focused on delivering more home for the money and giving buyers a range of attainable options.”
The Brio Collection includes five floor plans with three to five bedrooms and floor plans ranging from about 1,968 to 2,771 square feet. The Arrival Collection includes four floor plans with three to four bedrooms and sizes ranging from about 1,238 to 1,978 square feet.
Sky Ranch is located near Interstate 70 and Denver International Airport and includes parks, trails and open space. Sky Ranch Academy is located within the community.
Oakwood Homes said buyers will have access to financing programs through preferred lender Silverton Mortgage, including low down payment options and closing cost assistance.
Other Denver-area Oakwood communities include Green Valley Ranch, Reunion and Thompson River Ranch. Colorado Springs developments include Banning Lewis Ranch and Bradley Heights.
