DENVER — Big O Tires opened a new store in Denver on April 30, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community event at 2000 N. Broadway.
The event included remarks from City Councilman Darrell Watson and a representative from the Denver Metro Chamber. The company will also present a $1,000 donation to the Denver Fire Fighters Charitable Foundation.
The store is owned by Leeds West Groups, which operates automotive service franchises across the United States and continues to expand in Colorado.
“This opening is really about becoming a greater part of the Denver community,” said Derek Wessels, CEO of Leeds West Groups. “Our goal is to provide a place where people can count on honest recommendations, expert service and a team that takes pride in earning their trust every day.”
Big O Tires offers services including tire sales, oil changes, brake work, alignments and general maintenance.
Through May 31, the store is offering promotional discounts, including reduced-price oil changes and $100 off purchases of $500 or more.
“On behalf of the Denver Fire Fighters Charitable Foundation, we’re grateful to Big O Tires for this $1,000 donation,” said Trent Headley, president of the foundation. “Support like this directly helps us serve Denver firefighters and their families in times of need.”
