ENGLEWOOD — Ramon.Space has opened a new engineering office in Englewood as the company expands its U.S. operations.
The facility will serve as the company’s primary U.S. engineering hub and include a lab and integration center supporting product development and customer engagement.
Ramon.Space develops computing infrastructure for satellite communications, Earth observation, remote sensing and space-based data centers.
The company said its U.S.-based workforce has grown more than 300% since the beginning of the year, with additional hiring planned in the Denver area through 2026.
The expansion comes as demand increases for in-orbit computing and communications systems across commercial and government space programs, according to the company.
“Space is entering a new era, and computing infrastructure is at the center of it,” CEO Avi Shabtai said in a statement. “This expansion reflects the significant and growing demand we’re seeing across the industry.”
The Colorado office adds to Ramon.Space operations in the United Kingdom and Israel.
