DENVER — Walker & Dunlop arranged $71 million in refinancing for The Fillmore at Copperleaf, a 229-unit single-family rental and townhome community in unincorporated Arapahoe County, the company said.
Located at 4545 S. Versailles St., the property includes two-, three- and four-bedroom homes with attached garages and private outdoor space. Amenities include a clubhouse, coworking space, pool, fitness and yoga studios, dog park and electric vehicle charging.
The community is part of the Copperleaf development in the southeast Denver corridor and is near the Denver Tech Center, Buckley Space Force Base, Denver International Airport and the Fitzsimons Medical Campus.

The financing was secured on behalf of BMC Investments and Rockpoint. The floating-rate, interest-only bridge loan was provided by Prime Finance.
