Ryan Carter is president and CEO of 8z Real Estate, a Colorado-based residential real estate company recognized for its innovation, culture and agent-centered approach. Since joining 8z in 2016, Carter has advanced through multiple leadership roles, shaping the company’s growth and strengthening its position as a market leader in Colorado’s competitive housing sector.
Carter began his tenure as managing broker of the Denver Central team, where he guided agents through a dynamic real estate landscape while emphasizing collaboration, transparency and client service. In 2019, he was promoted to president, and in 2025, he assumed the dual role of president and CEO. Under his leadership, 8z has expanded its reach, deepened community impact and built a reputation for empowering agents through technology, training and trust.

Carter’s leadership philosophy centers on clarity, communication and people-first values. His focus on innovation led to the creation of an integrated marketing and technology platform that improved agent productivity by more than 25% and enhanced client relationships through predictive analytics and automation.
Carter serves on the board of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and volunteers with Greenhouse and Road to Home, reinforcing his belief in strengthening communities through service.
