Sean Miles

Sean Miles is co-founder and CEO of Recycle Global Exchange (RGX), an enterprise IT asset disposition marketplace platform that connects corporate clients with pre-vetted recycling and resale vendors nationwide. By focusing on technology-driven efficiency and environmental responsibility, he has helped transform RGX into a rapidly growing player in the circular economy, doubling revenue year over year since its founding in 2019.
A graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in business and organizational management, Miles built his career in telecommunications and technology sales before transitioning into entrepreneurship. He held senior roles at ALGX Telecom and XO Communications before joining Genesis ATS, where he advanced from senior sales director to vice president of sales. He later served as managing owner of The Telco Group and Miles Healthy Vending before co-founding RGX to address inefficiencies in the IT asset disposition industry.
At RGX, Miles has led the development of a real-time bidding system that connects companies with recycling vendors, reducing costs and increasing asset recovery values. His team also created automated compliance and reporting tools, helping clients meet environmental, social and governance goals while improving operational transparency.
Miles’ leadership emphasizes collaboration, accountability and innovation. He fosters a culture that values shared decision-making and continuous improvement, steering RGX with a clear focus on long-term growth and environmental impact.
