Allison’s leadership is defined by purpose and community impact. She launched Spavia Cares from the start, establishing a company-wide giveback platform that supports nonprofits such as Hope House and Zuma’s Rescue Ranch. Before Spavia’s first location opened, she organized a free spa day for mothers whose children were battling cancer, setting the tone for her company’s commitment to service.
Her dedication to uplifting others shows in how she mentors new franchisees, many of them first-time owners. Allison is known for personally attending every grand opening to teach Spavia’s culture and ensure each team delivers an exceptional guest experience. She intentionally stocks Spavia with products from women-led and mission-driven brands, helping amplify other women entrepreneurs.
This year, Allison launched Sway by Spavia, a fresh concept designed for younger generations. Sway offers a membership-based, tech-enabled spa experience that blends affordability with luxury. The flagship opened in Denver this February and quickly gained traction as a new model for wellness in urban communities.
Allison’s impact reaches far beyond business growth. She has built a brand rooted in giving back, mentorship and purpose, setting a standard for leadership that uplifts communities and inspires her industry.
