Located at 1965 Ski Time Square Drive, the nine-story development will include 13 “rooftop barn” residences with double-height ceilings and mountain views.

“Great destinations are defined by a strong sense of identity and connection to their surroundings,” said Dan Friedkin, chairman of Auberge Resorts Collection. “The Stockman is a destination that draws from the unique character of Steamboat Springs, honoring its history in a way that is both timeless and forward-looking.”

Key features of the development include:

  • Dining: Three distinct venues, including a signature restaurant, and apres-ski bar with an outdoor ski-up deck and a craft cocktail Living Room bar.

  • Services: Ski-butler service and curated outdoor experiences for both winter and summer guests.

“With The Stockman, our vision is to create a hospitality experience that reflects that spirit through thoughtful design, elevated service and spaces that feel both refined and deeply connected to the mountain,” said Eric Nordness, managing principal of Marquee Development.
