Developers of The Stockman, Auberge Collection in Steamboat Springs, have named Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Intermountain Properties as the sales team for the market’s first Auberge-branded luxury residential project.
Suzanne Schlicht, a longtime Steamboat Springs resident with more than $150 million in luxury transactions under her belt, will lead the team as director of sales. Schlicht previously spent nearly a decade guiding the positioning of the Alpine Mountain Ranch and Club.
Joining her is 40-year industry veteran Beth Postemski, who has closed $125 million in residential sales and has managed Steamboat projects such as Howelsen Place and Sidney Peak Ranch. Local real estate agent Madisen Ladley rounds out the team.
“Partnering with this team was a natural step,” said Eric Nordness, managing principal of Marquee Development, developer of the project. “Their deep roots in Steamboat Springs, combined with extensive experience in luxury resort residential sales, ensure a highly informed and tailored approach.”
Located at the base of Steamboat Resort, The Stockman will be a nine-story ski-in, ski-out building with 59 guest rooms and 95 private residences.
The project, at 1965 Times Square Drive, will have three restaurants, a full-service spa and a pool. The property will also offer ski-butler service.
Residential sales will launch this summer. The project is expected to open in 2030.
“The Stockman is setting a new standard for residential living in the market, one that reflects the authenticity of Steamboat while delivering the level of service, design and lifestyle experience synonymous with Auberge Collection,” Nordness said.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Intermountain Properties, the No. 1 independently owned brokerage in the global brand network, closed more than $25 billion in sales between 2020 and 2025.
