Suzanne Griffiths is president, CEO and co-founder of Griffiths Law, a Lone Tree-based firm specializing in family law and civil litigation. With more than four decades of experience, Griffiths has earned a reputation as one of Colorado’s most respected attorneys, recognized for her skill in high-stakes cases and her leadership in advancing women in the legal profession.

After earning her law degree from the University of Cape Town in 1978, Griffiths began her legal career in South Africa before moving to Colorado, where she co-founded Griffiths Law in 2001. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into one of the state’s leading family law and civil litigation practices, consistently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the nation’s “Best Law Firms.” She has guided the firm through sustained growth and strategic expansion, achieving a 50% increase in revenue and notable profitability gains during her tenure.
