After earning her law degree from the University of Cape Town in 1978, Griffiths began her legal career in South Africa before moving to Colorado, where she co-founded Griffiths Law in 2001. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into one of the state’s leading family law and civil litigation practices, consistently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the nation’s “Best Law Firms.” She has guided the firm through sustained growth and strategic expansion, achieving a 50% increase in revenue and notable profitability gains during her tenure.
Griffiths has been recognized among the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and named a Colorado Super Lawyer every year since 2005. Her firm has also been honored by ColoradoBiz as a Top Company for Law Firms and as one of the Denver Business Journal’s Best Places to Work.
A lifelong advocate for mentorship and professional development, Griffiths founded the firm’s Pathfinders program to guide and support emerging attorneys, particularly women entering the field. “I believe leadership is about empowering others to find their voice and thrive,” she said.
