Tony Julianelle is chief executive officer of Atlas Real Estate, a Denver-based firm specializing in property management, investment services, and real estate brokerage. With offices in 10 states and more than $2.5 billion in assets under management, Atlas has become a nationally recognized leader in real estate services under his direction.
Julianelle joined Atlas in 2018 as president and became CEO the following year. Since then, he has led the company’s expansion across multiple markets while advancing its mission to “Uplift Humanity Through Real Estate.” Prior to joining Atlas, he spent two decades at Wells Fargo, where he rose through the ranks from home mortgage consultant to senior vice president and regional sales manager, overseeing large-scale operations and business development initiatives across multiple regions.
Known for his people-first approach, Julianelle emphasizes transparency, trust and purpose in leadership. “The most resilient organizations are those that prioritize people,” he said. His innovative leadership has positioned Atlas at the forefront of workplace transformation, improving employee well-being and retention while maintaining high performance standards.
Under his guidance, Atlas has been repeatedly recognized as one of Denver’s Best Places to Work and ColoradoBiz Magazine’s Best of Colorado Property Management firm for nine consecutive years.
Julianelle holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Trinity International University. He is a member of the Denver Business Journal Leadership Trust and has served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity, the Colorado Mortgage Bankers Association and Park Church Denver.
