Amy Kiefer Hansen, 52, represents ski resorts across the country and a wide array of developers and investors in transactions and other matters related to development projects.
A shareholder at Polsinellli’s Denver office, Kiefer Hansen said she enjoys tangible nature of her field. “Real estate is an integral part of the communities we live in, and using the knowledge that you have as a leader to advance issues that need to change, like affordable housing, construction defects, and housing supply in general.”
Her twin career tenets: “I say to my team all the time, ‘Work hard and be curious.’ You do those, and good things will happen.”
Along with her longtime involvement with Commercial Real Estate Women and the Urban Land Institute, Kiefer Hansen has been very active with the Downtown Denver Partnership for more than a decade, and will serve as board chair in 2026. “I’m really proud of the work that I’ve done over the years with the Partnership,”said Kiefer Hansen. “It’s a great organization.”
